Brexit cafe for young EU nationals living and working in Scotland and young Scots, Aberdeen, 20 Sept, 16.30-18.00

Event Details

  • Date:
  • Venue: Social Bite

Over the next year, decisions and policies will be made that have significant impacts on the future rights enjoyed by young citizens of all nationalities living, working, and studying in Europe or the UK.

Young people will be the most affected by the impacts of Brexit, but young people are also the ones who feature the least in the discussions surrounding the negotiations that will potentially alter their future.

My Life My Say’s Cafe events aim to inform and empower YOU on your future situation here in Scotland and abroad.

1. Debate and discussion about the rights of young people across the UK and Europe post-Brexit.

2. Enables you to have a meaningful input into Brexit negotiations through our APPG on a Better Brexit for Young People.

3. Express your thoughts in a safe space over a Frappuccino or a hot drink.

Want your voice to be heard? Sign up, share the event and invite your friends!

N.B. This event is for under-30 only.

Everything recorded will feed into our next APPG Report, which will be published in November. We will also be inviting a delegation of young people from the Cafes to come to London in November for an APPG Hearing and to participate in our Common Futures Forum.

Places are limited and participants must sign up via eventbrite:
